Here are some movies whose scripts are also in the Margaret Herrick library, Crocodile Dundee 2 Pootie Tang Bride Of Chucky Adventures In Babysitting .......and then some. and more than a million other scripts. Here's the thing, Chak De is a good movie but this is not news it's promotion.Being one script among millions is really not a big deal and it's not as if the Library has scripts of only the best films ever made I mean it has the script of The Seed of Chucky.Come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Lots of them just keep a watch on these kind of news you will know most of the Hindi movies go there as probably movies from other countries. There is no grt priviledge in this achievement.Chak De is a great film no questions asked. It's pathbreaking in many ways. But this piece of news is pure publicity.

lol dude You made my day the funniest statement i have ever heard chak de stole the script from bend it like beckham....i guess u better watch both movies again ..
It is awesome and well deserved for Chak De to go to the Oscar Library. I pray that it will be nominated for the 2008 Best Foreign Film as well. This movie is not a copy of any Hollywood film like Mighty Ducks. It is an original story and screenplay.
bollywood wale ghade hai, the Academy is asking for bollywood scripts coz they will be filing piracy charges against whole bollywood in due course of time after collecting enough scripts and enough SABOOT :))))) [chak de is inspired by "the mighty duck" and "miracle"] .... shame on bollywood .....

Stop praising rajnikanth for his acting...I agree he is a good human being and has done a lot for the society...But pls dont be emotional in praising some one...U guys have intimidated us by talking abt rajnikanth by doing all those mamoth pujas and aarti..also that milk feeding to that 4 floor PIC !!...so we all get prejudiced that may be he is also a fool to have such fools as followers

And India's no film will get any Oscar ever. Even Ray's any film did not get any Oscar. We do not have the capability of even making an international standard movie
