The movie got 3 stars in all leading newpapers in the USA and U.K. In other words the movie is made for the international audience, silly the reviewer could not udnerstand.

Mr ron josh ratings by crtics don't make or break a movie it's ultimately the Box-office that decides it's fate. Personally marigold had the potential to be a good film but it's a very very very bad film

man.. you are correct ! if someone is attempting to project bollywood to the world with so much effort, we should appreciate. Not sure what's wrong with the moview reviewers with this website ! cranky folks are sitting and doing some under grade reviews !

ehm...movie got 3 stars outside bcz they dont wanna give 1 star n prove that americans cant make bollywood films..so understand the politics n then u tell us
Make your own decision afterwards. What does a D Morgan know about Bollywoodization of silly old Hollywood.
No wonder this film is not properly rated.
I enjoyed it especially gorgeous scenery (Goa, Bombay, Rajasthan) and the fact that it has even the daughter of a Nobel Prize winner (the actress Nandana Sen, whose father is the celebrated economist Amartya Sen).

Salman is the best!!! SRK is the worst !!!! SRK aunty never dares to act other than Y SRK or Karan aunties movie!!We would appreciate if he acts with other banner..and becomes a hit(impossible)!!! SRK se salman kyon takkar lega... are u joking!!! salman, chaakka(SRK) ke moooh nahi lagta!!!
What was the point of this dud movie, anyway? Salman K is a pop-eyed, hyperthyroid doofus who will be laughed out of any Western moviehouse...although he isn't quite as repulsive as Bruce Willis...or Chris Tucker...or Owen Wilson....or...
I had never seen a fantastic movie like this b4. Stunning performances, choreography & music. I think this movie will be even appreciated by the americans. Salman challenges all hollywood actors with this film. Salman overtakes all other khans, bachans, rajinis & paresh rawal.

I don't understand why such good movies are getting bad reviews like these. Probably, little maturity & film appreciation sessions will enrich the taste of moviegoers.

Shanmuga, I sure you making fun of Salman Raj ...Khan. Hehe, from seeing the trailers I could see its gonna be a helluva dud.
I came back, watched Raju srivatsava for free but was 1 million times better off after that.

its doing gr8 in dia. movie is superb. It is sharaukh's best performance till date. A very good storyline. Not even for a minute u'll feel bored. It is a thought provoking film. Must watch for every person. I have not come across to a single person who has not liked it.

The movie was great, seriously I liked Sharukh in movie after the intial movies and yes boss, swades in between. He was amazing but somewhere predictability came in. And after the it was not really inspiring and its wouldnt be a cult movie. I believe the roles of Girls would be a better story than Sharrukh ofcourse just touching it. It does have similarities to Tom Hanks and the women basket ball team.

Bombay movie makers should stop emulating Hollywood movies ! game based, very - well predictable movies - no creativity - are made in hollywood movies. Surprisingly bollywood is blindly following.. :( check out Replacements movie - similar to chakde - instead of captain, the hero will re-captain another team. funful movie but very predicatble man..! you know that these games in the movie, at the end WILL WIN for their teams. So, what's the thrill in making such movies and WHY DO WE WASTE OUR MONEY IN SEEING SUCH CRAPS. Instead prepare bucket full pop-corn at home and watch some Mega serials ! and start crying or laughing ..
