Mr.Negi all praise for SRK
Whenever a crowd gathered to have his glimpse during shooting, Shahrukh told them that 'Negi Sahab' was real hero while he was merely a filmi hero.

Former Indian hockey coach Mir Ranjan Negi was all praise for Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan saying he was overwhelmed by his dedication towards work and respect for elders.

Recounting his experience while working with Shahrukh in Aditya Chopra's 'Chak de India' -- a film that draws inspiration from Negi's life --, he told UNI here today that he found that the actor was full of dynamism.

''Shahrukh is very humble and has regard for elders despite being one of the best actors in film industry,'' Negi said, adding that the actor used to touch his feet as soon as he arrived on sets although he asked him not to do so.

Whenever a crowd gathered to have his glimpse during shooting, Shahrukh told them that 'Negi Sahab' was real hero while he was merely a filmi hero.

Negi had trained Shahrukh and the girls who acted in the movie.

The film had received accolades for the manner in which Shahrukh and the girls appeared on the field.

i would like to point to Mr.Saisuresh's claim that nowhere in the movie,Shahrukh performs anything marking his Muslim credentials.
While getting drenched in the rain(also he was rubbing his olympic silver medal),he recites a verse from Holy Quran(Nasrallahe...)
So,it's a correction which i deem, must be brought to the notice of writer.
Anyways,i greatly laud Mr.suresh's efforts to throw light over this matter.

Yaseer Bhai,
Humsab ki ek ghalati maaf... and Suresh is no exception...

That aside and also the movie for a second... I really appreciate the way Suresh articulated his analysis of the movie. I should say it is a very keen and detailed analysis and in the right and healthy spirit. Good job Suresh.

Now about the movie and the script and direction: Its good that people liked the movie. The fact that the director has left so many possible-dialogs out of the movie and yet you could give the message as Suresh pointed out suggestes the India cinema is in good hands. Let me do some comparision here. I am fed up of some movies where directors (even Karan Johar) tend to make it to cater to a billion people and to make sure it does, they spoon feed every thing explictly and don't leave any thing for the public to read 'between the lines' or apply their brains. This is more evident in the daily soaps on TV and the saans-bahu searials where they have to think loud (they keep prompting whatever is going on in their minds).

What I am trying to say is that after watching Chak De India I felt that I, as an audiance, was treated with unmost respect by the director of the movie. They thought while making the movie that the audiance is intelligent enought to make their own interpretations and perceptions about the message the movie is giving which might not necessarily by what the director wants to impose upon the audiance.

It's a movie 'a must watch' for every Indian who is known for their Amazing ability in pulling fellow Indian's legs! Grow up before it's too late.... rest of the world is already far ahead of us. SRK's achievements are self explainatory & he doesn't need your statistics. Best is the Best...let's learn accepting facts.

I am really impressed with the way Saisuresh has comeout with the analysis of SRK's attempt to potray an Indian at heart but Muslim by religion. I saw the movie but I read the article after that and I never pondered over the minute details which undoubtedly were significant..... Kudos for that...gud work

Hi dude,
It doesn't matter really! SRK's price tag & his achievements as on date are self explainatory. So don't waste time in putting your useless comments & try doing something productive. Good for you!

The other day i suggested u to see a good doctor. Have you still not gone?? What happened no money to go to a doctor or no doctor want to meet a frustrated soul like you. I can understand because u must have been expelled from your home, office, community, etc etc coz of your cynicism. But still i can suggest you a place to go and get treated- Mental Asylum. Please go there before you get expelled from this country being regarded as brainless person.
My sympathies are with you.
