Waste of Time
by MadMaX kk on Apr 22, 2007 04:21 PM

Sorry editor, European and US magazine has nothing to say to their society since everything happening without any malfunction. So they spend most of their time about Hollywood celebrities. But in India lot of other things are happening in the society against poor. Why you guys are not concentrating on those things. Its normal phenomena a male and female getting married thats what Ash and Abishake did for their life. Leave them alone , let them enjoy their time. Try to hit hard on basic social problem chances are high to change that.

Hence I think you give less important for these sort of marriages.

Abhishek's marriage
by K K Bhagchandani on Apr 22, 2007 04:16 PM  | Hide replies

It was a total waste of time for atleast half a billion people. I cant comment about others but I am seriously dissappointed with the way media (any type) has covered this event.

MY TIME IS FAR MORE PRECIOUS THAN THIS!!! (i was looking for news as i was traveling and all i could see and hear and read was this marriage).

It was covered to a detail which I would ignore even if I (myself) was getting married.

Why should we peep into anybody's personal matters, I fail to understand this.

It makes us (All of us as Indians) look like a fool to the outside world, today we are trying to become and in certain manners have become global leaders. This can only harm our reputation.

So it's a warning written on the wall the if you try this again, people lik eme will lash you out. Stop it please
Its in apprpriate, unncessary, shabby and chuavenistic.

Hope we all grow up as a society!!!!

its very true that media was piping unnecessarily into ones personal function...and showing n number of times of these 'SO CALLED' news channels wasting our precious time..meaning we have watch delibarately this event instead of some important national news..i really dont understand why media is so hoplessly working in india...its mere copy of US television...they are mentally ill to show the postmartem of some news thousand times in a day...all ridiculos..this media only put india down...nothing anything.

I absolutely and 150% agree with you on this. I think people need to focus more on other important issues rather than the marriages of film stars.

It's true almost 99% of educated community does not want to waste time on such things as a man's wedding that too wen the man is abhishek bachchan. It really is a waste of time.
But we write here to make u realize that very thing Mr. ch kumar.
