come on!!!! not even a single indian (even ur big soft vocalist Lata, Asha) dare to sing country song.
I came across this name, Sanjaya, for the first time. Good to know that he sings gospels well, good to know that he has a father and an aunt, good to know that he has a sister, good to know that they were with him during this competition, good to know that he reached this stage of this competition, good to know that he got eliminated and last but not the least, good to know that he is of Indian origin.
Now thankfully we will get to watch the show for what we really want - good singing!! Even if the scores were rigged, its worked out well as better singers were being eliminated all because of the hype created around this kid's hair!!! Thankfully from now on, i won't cringe when I watch the show!!!
Now Simon will live happily everafter as , now he need not withdraw from AI. Call this show as Simon Idol and NOT American Idol. This is worse than Cricket Match fixing though its fun watchin. Stop the Indian version. YUck!!!!!

The way Simon felt towards Sanjaya, was totally unfounded, wicket, and down write rude. I believe that Simon had the votes switched or reduced, or rigged!!!!!!!! All due to evil mouth and words he spoke out of his big mouth. He said he would not be on the judges panal next year if the handsome young man won. As he saw that it was almost evidtable and he could possibly win he had it FIXED to save his azs.!!!! He knows NO BODY would miss him and he didnt want to be talked about and laughed at, so he put the fix in to save his face. I think the young man as each mentor stated Sanjaya, can DEFINATELY SING!!!!!!! I just hope this is not the last of him . I know alot of people will love to see him out in the public eyes once again. I hope he becomes a model or even cut an album or go into acting . This young man has courage and plenty of showmanship.!!!!!! All I can say is please bring back Sanjaya. YOU WILL BE MISSED. YOU ARE AMERICA TOP IDOL.!!!!

Does He know to sing in the first place? That's the question America and India would be asking or wanting to know. God bless this Gospel singer> amen!

and what non-nense news would ash-abhi wedding be. Would it be any better for the country at large ?
Sanjaya simply could not have carried on into the next round. The others particularly Jordine and Lakisha are far far better.Sanjaya had a decent voice good enough for gospel singing maybe, but the competition around him was too much; at times he was embarrasingly mediocre. Anyway he showed fortitude in standing up to scathing criticism and coming this far. Let's hope that with age he improves and does become a well-known singer.
