Animation

Those crying foul for the animation in the film should also understand about the budget that a producer and director have to do with. The film whether it does well or not is secondary. My little kid saw the movie. He did not see only the animation. One only hopes that more and more animations films are made of subjects from India. Krishna is a very good film. I do not agree with the rediff review. The music is also good. The review writer should have talked about the movie after watching it with his own kids.

Hopefully we will have producers investing in such subjects, that will improve the quality also.

This is Scam, no animation
by Nirakar on Oct 01, 2006 12:19 PM

This looks like scam to unfamous the krishna by making bad quality movies and disappointing buyer or watchers and not recommeding it. By looking at even pictures, krishna never wore those half clothes, that time dhoti was in use. This director making attempt like whoever made Ganesha just waste and take attention away from God by discouraging animation. THIS MOVIE CAN NOT EVEN COMPARED TO HANUMAN WHICH WAS TRUE ATTEMPT.

Please leave our god from your mind. I can see conspiracy that someone making Krishna first, so other directors will lose the chance next time with same subject!

Jai Shri Krishna

Is this what you call animation?
by Ashish Srivastava on Sep 30, 2006 11:40 AM

I dont see the point of making animation movies, when the company doing the task doesnt even cope up to the slightest bit of expectations. For instance, see Hanuman, which in comparision is far more ahead than Krishna. Looks like the director has made it in a hastle.
Anyways if children like it and elders dont mind watching it once.... It might go a hit. Anything's possible in India. We have singers like Himesh Reshammaiya, Actors like Emran Hashmi, Actresses like Samita Shetty and Udita Goswami. Then, whats the harm in watching Krishna.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

When will Indian animation come of age
by Urmila Sreedharan on Sep 30, 2006 02:04 AM

For a nation that churns out the most Motion pictures in the world, I am wondering, when will Indian animation come of age? After watching the much touted Hanuman, Baby Ganesh and now some previews of Krishna, frankly I am quite dissapointed at the quality of the Indian animation. They pale in comparison to the immortal animations of Walt Disney and other Animation classics like Shrek. In this age where technology and art have converged and changed the face of the Animation Industry, Indian animation is still woefully lagging. The current effort is not being undermined, but we want to see a different genre of animation on par with International animation coming to India.

very shamefull
by Rohit Jain on Sep 29, 2006 04:11 PM  | Hide replies

hi..this is Rohit...I am into Animation Industry...

Its a very shamefull for us producing this kind of animation film...these kind of animation movies wont help India animation Industry to grow..rather they put a bad Image about our Industry all over the world.

Have you ever thought why Indian people are making animation only related to mythological and religious?
Because,,,they play with emotions of innocent indian people to make money..they know that their movie will definitly recover the cost.

Its very nice to make good content like Krishna but its very shamefull that those who are making this..are not taking care of quality.

If anyone, who has participated in the production of this movie, reading this comment, I request him/her not to show or sale it into internationl market.

If you does so..then this will create a very very bad image of Indian animation market. which is very harmfull for all of us who are linked to animation field.
