We all condemn the treacherous act by Deepa Mehta on a fine actor like Nandita Das. We still remember that to give 'Water' a realistic value, she even got herself tonsured. It is even more painful when one remember her lusty, voluminous, freefalling hair. We failed to understand even this day why Deepa Mehta compromised with the casting of 'Water'. We congratulate Nandita for her performance in 'Maati Maay'. As on day, she is one of the top 3 female actors in India.
