Of all the people this world holds, could the organisers of the New York I-Day meet find only someone as shallow as Bipasha to do the honours? Has India stooped so low?

They deserve this.

These chhore and chhokariyan become so akkad after a little popularity - an entirely false sense of popularity.

To the extent that a smriti starts talking about raajkaaran, which is none of her business, and ventures to the extent of vandalizing narendra of gujarat.

Bipasha or Fipasha they must be straightened.

First they let their foot loose and the slip show it in its entirety and then complain: this man is staring at me !

Shame to organizers
by Anjan Prusty on Sep 03, 2006 11:29 AM

It is very good to note the initiatives by the organizers for such as mega event. But shame to their slection for such a person, whom people in India know only for her skin exposures in movies only. Rather the organizers could have gone for some body who is famous for cultural ethics (a poet of a classical dancer of singer)

Sick!

This is the sad way women are treated when they openly complain of the sexual harrasement. If this is how a celebrity is treated, what about us regular females!Just because the parade organizers are rich and powerful and must be earning in dollars, they can pursue this better than the vicitm, bipasha.
I myself had a harrowing experience 2 years back, I got back at the individual in completely different way, but I am sure the guy felt humiliated , haunted for several months of his life! Well that was my punishment for him and I am quite proud the way I acted!

Good , better late than never , I congratulate the organisers to be able to take this valiant step ,for they have the capability and nothing to lose but everything else to gain . After all somebody has to take the bull by it's horn thus sobering her down a bit from kicking up a row and throwing tantrums at the drop of hats 'Pehle toe chori phir upar se seena jori' also it will send a mesage that N.R.I's or P.I.O'S settled abroad know their rights and cant' be pummeled by demigod like stars like they do to the people in rest of INDIA.

Bipasa should sue the dirty rotten guyz instead!
by sindhuja on Sep 02, 2006 01:55 PM  | Hide replies

Surprisingly the sick organisers are suing her, Bipasa ought to sue them and bring them to book- setting example for others. I wonder how people as smart, talented and intelligent like Bipasha and Ashwarya take abuses so eazy, though Bipasa atleast made sure she spoke about it. Im glad some people were responsible enough to leave the Parade- wonder why all of them did not do. Being Indians afterall they must've thought girl is lying for cheap publicity, which Bips does'nt need.

Waav, Bipasha and Aishwarya "smart, talented and intelligent ". Are they belong to the category of Kalpana Chawla, Shakuntala,PT Usha(I doubt if u know these people) or Mother Teresa.? Do you mean showing skin and moving around in skimpy dresses is talent..?If she was really harassed why the smart girl didnt complain to the police. I request all the NRI Organisers not to invite these kind of people to Parades like August-15th.

Shame to Independent India
by Jagan on Sep 02, 2006 01:15 PM

Organizers should think twice before inviting people like her.
I wonder why organizers are choosing the people from Cini field only,to celebrate the big occasion, when there are real freedom fighters in India, who gave their life for freedom.

People should learn lesson, that only Celibrities are not torch bearers of the India, who all are reel.
There are real life heros, somebody like our President Dr. Abdul Kalam and Prime minister Dr.Singh, who dedicate themselves for nation selfless.

Here I blame organisers too...
