I feel lage raho was worth watching. The best part of this movie was it gives you a serious message in the language which everybody understands. The language of laughter.
It is a great news that in the Congress Working Committee held a day back, the members of the committee apploused the movie and suggested the senior members of Congress to Must see Lage Raho Munnabhai, as the film gives masseges of Mahatama Gandhi. It is an acknowledgement to a great movie by great politicians. As a good gesture, the Govt. of Delhi has exempted it from entertainment tax. I request all the state Governments to follow the example of Delhi and exempt the film from entertainment tax.
I went yesterday to watch this movie at san jose, California, USA, this movie really broke the sequence of flop of sequel movies, its really sanjay dutt & team of munna bhai style movie, they really make this movie to speared the thought of Mahatma Gandhis non violence which now a days became history them self , its really great idea to spread the thought of Indias great peoples through movies. Its really appreciates.
This is the best Hindi movie I have seen in years. Excellency at its best. I have seen the movie along with my whole family. I would like to share only feeling we had at the end of the movie, we didnt want to leave the theatre. ; &nbs p; A True Indian
Ahhh Munnabhai!! Honestly, it will not do justice to reflect on this effort at merely the entertainment level. Good movies typically entertain; cocooning people into a world of love, candy floss & the occasional maple leaves. LRMB rises beyond, far & truly beyond. It makes u want to crawl out of the mounds of shit & garbage that we have called upon ourselves and start a cleansing process. Like never before, without any preaching, it charts a lucid course, serving nourishing portions of Gandhis principles. Theory & practice never met so seamlessly. My 78 year old dad loved it, my 11 year old nephew loved it too and am pretty sure for the same reasons.. Mr Hirani, you might have started out to make a movie, but you have achieved something far more noble. Wonder if Bapu was standing right besides you during the making of this real heart warmer. Bole toh.Gandhiji would have approved. Like an usher showing the way in a dark cinema hall, LRMB is the proverbial beacon of shining light. As someone rightly commented, it makes you at least want to be a good human being & thats a big thing.
No one can compaire the two munna bhai its totally different except in both the cases its a story of a goon(bhai) with a golden heart ! really in a time when every film makers think that making raunchy films is the only way 2 make a film hit then they hav 2 think twice it was totally enchanting. Mamu waiting 4 munna bhai3 ! ! !
It's a wonderful movie, well made, with a wonderful script enlightened by the all time great effervescent characters munnabhai and circuit. A movie which lives to the expectations and infact proves to be better than its predecessor. The movie deserves accolades for its unique story and characters which now is one of the greatest and much talked about screen pairs in bollywood history. The direction and screenplay are outstanding...this movie has a different class of it's own which rarely any bollywood movie shows.
I enjoyed verymuch the way the Gandhian ideolgy was protrayed in the movie with great elegance and lovable characters. Keep up the excellent work team munnabai!!!
