I just came back from watching Jaan-E-Mann and let me tell you, I enjoyed it - It made me laugh,cry and also made me say 'ahhhhhh that was sweet' at some of the scenes so go and watch it for yourselves or you'll miss out on a good movie. Believe me you rather watch an original script than a remake like Don. Salman's performance was excellent, its something that you would want to watch over and over again and try to find out where he was hiding his all his talent. JAAN-E-MANN ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hey guys jaanemann is a superb movie.....i dont understand why Vidya said its a bizarre movie....the movie got everything in it except action. both Akshay and Salman did a great job....also Priety....
and the songs in broadway style was coooool....entire flash back in taken in one song itself.....
this is actually a very poor judgement to what happens to be a decent movie.....she just wants to prove that she can make any decent movie look really bad.....
I beg to differ from Ms Vidya's review.I think J-Man is a well made movie.I didnt think the movie was draggy at all,it might seem bizarre to some but to me it is watching a different type of narrative.Watching sallu cry made me cry my heart out..Akki with his laughter was hilarious...Preity is pretty much at her best..at the same time i found Don to be one of the most mundane movies i have seen.I couldnt sit through the movie...Shahrukh (i m not a big fan)is probably the saving grace of the movie..his clothes & his style are probably unmatchable...but so is AB's acting & his execution of Don..i guess anyone who hasnt watched the old Don would still manage to sit through this movie..but any1 who has would want his money back. Gimme a chance & i would still wanna watch AB's Don anyday..Farhan Akhthar should stick to originals.. ( dude please prove it that DCH was not a Fluke)& i think this should send out a clear message to all others who are tryin to remake old classics..we want something creative..even if it doesent work..atleast pitch in. i think Shirish Kunder atleast tried doing somethin different. & it takes guts to do that.Hats off to Sajid for backing him

Hi all, after reading the reviews of jaaneman and seeing the movie myself i can tell u one thing,if the rediff has said the movie is not good,definetly go and watch that movie it will really be good movie.jaaneman is one of its kind movie,may be the story line seems quite familar but the way its been directed is really a must watch and songs are great,in every aspect much much better then Don.
well, jaaneman is good or not is something i will deal with later, what concerns me most is the responses given by readers to a movie review, read this "So, go do your work...don't know if you are mentally fit to do that as well and don't publish your rubbish next time on Internet! " this was written by someone called "I" on 24th Oct.....c'mon people, grow up, if u didn't like the review, just say so in a simple " I don't agree with it " why get personal.....this i guess is a very typical Indian thing where we try to get personal too soon...everyone is entitled to an opinion and it's not like everyone agrees with u all the time.....so, give responses, sure, but let them reflect ur opinion on the subject or the review (and not wether the author is mentally fit or not) and what makes u agre or disagree with it....
about jaaneman, haven't seen it....not a fan of srk/salman/akshay/kher wud love to see some comedy by paresh rawal if anything is around.....
