Don is very good film,& i like that this movie. the movies are music,and scences are very good.
don is one of the good movies in recent years.the story is fantastic.suspense and acting was good.actions are braeth stopping especially,the seen where srk jump from plane.the person is mad saying don is bore.the only drawback is director try to wrapped up story quickly at the end.music directors should give new tune to songs from old don.srk is good.
Come on this DON is not sooo bad yaar. People are just going overboard critisizing this new DON. I liked it and enjoyed it! If you compare any remake with the original the two can never be the same. But FARHAN has tried to make this movie as stylish as possible. And look at SRK he neither has HEIGHT not VOICE (which were BIG B's assets) yet he does complete justice to the role of a DON. He looks ruthless, cunning and essentially evil. But still manages to be really SEXY and HOT! I never liked PRIYANKA earlier but this film has compelled me to admire her talent and beauty both! BOMAN IRANI is always a treat to watch so nothing needed to add about his role in the movie. But songs were a BIG BORE!!! But the best thing about DON THE CHASE BEGINS is this is the story of DON not the story of VIJAY (which sadly the earlier film was)
Farhan Akhtar has induced the right meaning to the character DON which is supposed to be invincible. By not killing the DON. And he has done well to direct a difficult movie.
How do you re-do an Amitabh Bachchan film, especially one as cool and campy as the original 1978 Don, and that, while the Master himself is still alive and romancing 18-year-old heroines?
But wait, only minutes into the movie I realized I had underestimated how much I would enjoy Don - the Chase Begins Again. Its not a Deep and Meaningful Film, but nor do we expect it to be. Its one fun ride. And as one friend commented as we left the cinema You forget youre watching a Hindi movie
From the opening scene in Paris, a doublecross drug deal with Chunky Pandey (looking very trippy), Shahrukh Khan is clearly not the nice boy weve seen in so many earlier movies. Two negative roles in two of the biggest releases in one year. On the brink of 41, perhaps hes seeking to do new things, or rather, go back to his roots, given that some of his earlier roles were negative (Baazigar and Darr). The interesting thing is, whereas in Kabhi Alvida he was a loose, uncontrolled mess, in Don, SRK reins
The review by Sukanya really dessapoints, not the DON. Its a Fantastic film well executed by the director and also the Stars. SRK really rocks. I suggest Ms Sukanya should watch the film with some good sence. The current bollywood is disappointing with bad storyline and poor performances. Watch him (SRK) how energetic still he? Only he can match the Big B's shoes. Nice location, A relax from europe and boring States. Priyanka did well, but deserves atleast one good fighting scene. That is really disappointed me, i was expected such one.
Don is a hit or not ...doesn't really matter. New Don may be a Big hit of 2006..but what was the movie?New Don says to children...I am your Uncle??????????? This is what SRK wants to say..Go and ...Do Don-giri? At least old Don had moral...ie good wins over bad....SRK trying to reach childeren with all possible ultra tech things to say I am don....(bad DON)....Very bad of you SRK to gain commericial sucess.
