Boman Irani one of a fantastic and interesting actor in this modern age, because he is as suitable for every kinds of character role and especially his thought is different than other actors, which is most probably from terrific angel. All of his characters in Bollywood cinema is very tough and up to my mark. This is my own point of view, but if u think in different angel, there is a experienced actor now in Bollywood as Boman Irani, who has been accepting all such challenging roles, which is very different and challenge to an actor, Such as Boman Irani is my favorite, n I like him very much, n I like his unpredictable presentations in such an every scene. Boman Irani has to be one of the finest actors around. He may clown it up....but he also gets you to believe in his role. His comedy is not slapstick...its spontaneous and comes from the gut. I am looking forward to watching his craft in DON. It would be a real test of his true acting ability to see if he can convincingly make the shift from comedy to a serious role. Frank Cherian-USA
Bollywood has a culture of aping and hyping certain actors. The post prominent is Anupan Kher and Ashish Vidhyarthi - honestly, if you see in an unbiased approach, they are clowns who got lottery tickets showered from sky. Star value at peak, talent value at gutters. They can be given Oscars for the most overacting one can perform.
Boman Irani is a good actor, but the Hype is too much. He also overacts and overacting is his basic weakness.
