I saw the movie on a DVD last night. I agree it can not be called a very great movies. But yes, it does has its moments. It is certainly better than many of the movies doing the rounds of our theaters. Music is not outstanding. But a couple of songs sound good to ears. Last but not the least, I would say that movie did bring a tear or two to my eyes. It certainly does not deserve the condemnation it got from your reviewer.
It was outright torture for me to finish off this movie jus coz i started watching it going by the title and ended up cursing myself for sitting thru 2 1/2 hrs of pure hell!Dont even think of watching this one!
the reviers these day must shut their mouth......seriously these guys dont have any responsibility of writing off any movie like the way they are doin....critics must be their, but this is heights, I guess these day everyone wants to make a mark.......hence forth please thimk twice before u print such a shoody review......... u guys r hopeless
now where r d people who were all up in arms when a certain Mr.Raja Sen was writing supposedly "bad" reaviews..well dis is d worst review i ve ever read on any movie..4get d movie..just read the last lines..he says "whats worse than one Moushumi Chatterjee in a film..its 2 of her"..i dont believe this kind of insulting language being written about a senior actor like Moushumi Chatterjee..and what are the editors doing?letting sich IDIOTIC people write articles without even once reading thme once.. this wasnt expwcted from this site..please sack this gullu singh immidiately..
I agree with the other readers comments, the review seems written by a novice reviewer, no offence Gullu-ji but with time you will get better and hone your writimg skills. Sushmita Sen looks too tall and too skinny in the movie for a Rock star. Her long legs and hands stick out making herlook like an OSTRICH.
Yes ,movie was a horrible experience , better shud have named "Zindagi Sucks" - NOT 'Zindagi Rocks' . "Tanuja Chandra" is the director who delivered class films like 'Dushman' and 'Sangharsh' . But Truly speaking this time .., audience were doing "Sangharsh" inside theater, And by making such movie she became 'Dushman' of audience.

Gullu Singh, 1. doesnt know how to write anything but plain monotonous sentences. 2. obviously hates sushmita, anu malik et al. 3. doesnt care that a lot of people believe in what is written in neutral forms like rediff. 4. is a first rate incompetent idiot.
The question is... who hired him?? rediff.. any answers.. ??
