after dil de chuke sanam this is the movie which i have seen 4 times in hall actually such a heart stealing movie i cant express,shahid was wonderful really too good .this is called natural actor,amrita looks so beautiful and innocent that i have no words to explain her beauty,actually beauty is totally connected with innocence,and soorajji has given us this beautiful,relaxing movie,really heartful thanks to him,i know atleast 100 family who first has gone to see this movie with their wife and again manage to go with their parents and childrens also,all age people really love each and every scene of movie,even songs,too simple and too melodious,in todays modern world with minis and biknis this movie really gives a strong message to all film makers,beauty is only and only in simple and innocence of humane nature.shahid is awonderful actor his selection of movie is good ,it means he really values indian culture,with his face one can see he is not effected by the negativity of bollywood,i really pray to god that in real life also he get agood and loving girl as his saathi.amrita u are so sweet ,please maintain this beauty,yeh innocence sab mein nahin hoti.
I have not been able stop humming 'Mujhey Haq Hai' song from time I have heard it. It does not mean Im a great of the film. The film was way too sweet to be a contemporary entertainer.
I go to a commercial movie to keep my mind enticed for whole time of the film. This film fails to entice for whole time of the play. It has some very meaningful and beautiful songs, the acting of Shahid, Anupam Kher and the performance of the support cast has been natural if not outstanding. But the biggest disappointment has been the performance of stunnning Amritha Rao, she has simply over acted ..with artificial mechanical acting. The director has also not done a good job with the over all picture of the movie, which has been made a idealistic story developed in laboratory conditions and any of the audience will not be able to empathise with any of the characters of the movie.
What a lovely movie after a long long time. A movie which can actually move u to tears. A very simple story with equally simple and melodious sound track, Vivah touches the chords of ur heart and makes a lasting impression. Kudos to Sooraj Barjatya!
I went to watch this movie with my Gal friend and there was house full, Firstly we were denied for the tickets on the counter after that we again came back and asked for any movie ticket, then the man on counter saw me with my love Tina and i don't know how come it happened that he gave us 2 reserved tickets.. Vivah is really superb movie which shows if u love someone then u should not bother bout anything.. Songs are also very nice..Its a complete family movie.
I wonder why people are criticizing the movie.. I am a huge fan of Rajshri & I was sure they wont let me down.. The film is simple,sweet & very realistic.. Shahid has acted really well. And so have Amrita,Seema Biswas & Alok Nath. A must-watch !!
