Mr. Khan straightaway joined the bandwagon of NBA withour ascertaining the facts. Initially, it appeared he was not aware of the issue at all. By joining NBA, he has automatically supported the demand of NBA, i.e., asking SC to issue orders for not increasing the height of the wall, deprive precious water to the people of Gujarath and its development. Now, Mr. Khan says he is concerned with displacment of people and rehabilitation of them.
This he could have done it without joining NBA. Even now he can clarify this point. He is merely standing on the prestige. For a public figure like him, who believes that his films / objectives are meant to be followed by people (Rang De Basanti)he should be clear before airing his view publicly.
I believe that a good actor like him should be away from all political bodies including NBA, which claim is apolitical.
Amir only. At the time when the BJP is not having its own ideology, its leaders are leaving it. Don't forget the support extended by BJP to Swadeshi Jagran Manch. And this was the party which did nothing for swadeshi after coming to power in Centre. Don't forget that this was the party which sought support and vote on Ram Mandir issue, but did nothing for Ram Mandir after coming to power. Picture is very clear now. BJP is a sinking ship. And the rabits leave a sinking ship first. So many leaders have left the BJP which is not having any thought, any issue and any ideology. It doesn't have belief in democracy and it was founded on the base of racism. Just to be retain in power anyhow in gujarat, it is and will alway be trying to encash such issues.
Aamir is acting stupidly, he is not at all aware of issue with Narmada project. Project is life line for 50 million Gujaratis and important for development of India. Life is not a movie where all lies and non-sense thing happen. If India has to grow and we want jobs and better living for Indians we need many more projects like Narmada project. Just give a thought that rehabilition of people is just fraction % of no. of people it will benifit (Fifty thousand people / 50 million Gujaratis = 0.001%).
I request people of India that give a strong message to our fellow Indians that WE WANT DEVELOPMENT.
I ask Aamir to use common sense and if at all he has feeling for rehabilation please take a village and rehabuilt it.
Aamir Khan is one of the few bold persons who has the desire to follow the right ideals depicted in his or other movies. It is sad that in todays India political parties use all means to keep people gullible. Aamir is an honest and a bold man. I wish that the Supreme court makes sure that the people displaced due to the Dam are properly rehablitated. I wish that we could all share the burden with Aamir shoulder to shoulder. I feel that Aamir is now colored in Basanti the color of sacrifice. If the BJP or RSS etc do anything to harm him it will only reinforce their image of cowardice and hoologanism.
I am awaiting for the time while BJP will say that actor cann't cast his vote in election, they(actor) should work only on celluloid !!
