Having Congress leaders is becoming more or less punishment for us.With reservations on one side and bringing caste in every small issue, these people are really looking for milage in every matter that too in the heinous possible way...God bless India.

Aamir khan's folly , Congress's rhetoric
by Vepul Jain on May 26, 2006 08:03 PM

POLITICIANS- Just for once - come out of your typical corrupt mindset and spare the people of India.

Let us live peacefully -- otherwise the motto from LONG LIVE INDIA will change to
LONG LIVED INDIA

YOU JUST LIVE ONCE - me , you or any Minister for that matter then Death gets better of all.

the great divide

I so agree with you, only its not just congress, we have seen all parties at some point or other try to do the same. They have this penchant to identify every opportunity and try to blow it out of proportion. How do they do it I wonder!!

Tailbinisation of hinduism
by Frankly on May 26, 2006 07:48 PM

Tailbinisation of hinduism is dangerous sign. As hindu, I am worried about fanaticism and intolerance to different point of view by some self pro-claimed upholder of hinduism.

Congress: Rules by dividing
by gbs on May 26, 2006 07:38 PM

Another example of congress' hidden agenda of divide & rule. Due to such irresponsible statements hatred is created between different castes, religions & communities. The issue is related to Narmada dam construction & comments by Aamir Khan; I don't know how is this related to religion or community. It is sad that in India there are parties who still give political & religious color to every other issue.

Political game

It's pathetic that congress leaders try to bring religious flavor to the already existing controversy. They want to show their "generosity" to appease the minority voters. Their leaders have been resorting to these sort of cheap tricks time and again.

Though the ban on the film doesn't look reasonable, i wonder if Amir is so patriotic why does he vehemently give statements that he loves to work for Pakistani films. While it's well known that Pakistan is supporting terrorism in India and played role in the killing of Indian Engineer at the hands of Talibans quite recently .
