Could you please cite a source from which you arrived at the figure of 100 mllion?100 million is 10 crore which is 10 percent of teh population of india. The total population of all seven North-Eastern states is about 31.2 million. Which means every person in the each of the seven states sent 3 messages on average. This sounds a tiny bit implausible to me. Could you please explain?
