I am 17 years old and a student of std. 11. I belong to an ordinary middle-class family. So, in any case I just can't gamble with my studies. Although I have not trained myself but I as well as my music teacher in school knows that that I have a grip over music which is good enough at the untrained level. But to be very honest, my family dosen't believe in me and says that I can never have a future in this field. I have been receiving harsh and discouraging comments from my family members but I have not lost hope because if God has given me this talent then who are these people to judge.The only reason behind this discrimination is that I am a girl and in bihar girls have always been considered inferior to boys. But I want to prove myself and become self-dependant because I have seen marriages failing people avoiding their own family members. So, what shall I do? I really want to hear it from a good human being as well as a good singer that is proffessional training the only thing that matters above every other quality?
