Repetition of style resulting death of an actor regd.
by jatin ram on Aug 23, 2006 02:35 PM  | Hide replies

Very well said opinion that the death of a star starts when he repeat himself. It is the trend of any Film world that most of the stars are bound with a particular image, such as Tragedy King, Serio-comic, Stylishing behaviourism, Romantic image, Action hero, etc., etc. But everywhere an exception exists. One of such exceptions is the First Super Star of India: Rajesh Khanna. Despite of his historic Super Star Image (Phenomenol), he always maintained an 'otherness'in almost in his every movie. However, some stylish mannerisms are being common while picturising a song, but the total character of a particular film always portrays a completely different personality. And this is the success of all time classic Living Legend:the First Super Star of the Country who is a greatest actor of our film land as well. Actually he has an extraordinary calibre to look most ordinary (non-glamorous) on the one hand (Janta Hawaldar, Palkon ke Chaon mein, Dushman, Anurag, Bandhan, etc.)and extremely glamorous on the other (Prem Nagar, Amar Deep, Red Rose,Mere Jeevan Saathi, Dhanwaan, Mehabooba, Agar Tum Na Hote, etc. etc.). An expectionally classic example is Amar Prem.

OH you r talking abour RAJESH KHANNA.... hah

RAJESH KHANNA WAS THE TOP SUPER STAR HERO OF HIS TIME
regardless of age ppl used to copy his style..
nehru khurta, patloon, kohlapoori chappal and a bag hanging on the shoulder. Above all that his hair style ... he had changed the mobs fashion style...
the best of this movies I like ... Dushman, Hathi mere Saathi, Andaz,Anand, Namak Halal and a few more... by the time when he chaged his style rather than sticking to the natural acting, particularly when he changed his dialogue delivery style, he started loosing his market.. and if am not mistaken the last song of one of his movies where from he had lost his position as a most in demand and most popular hero sadly was...

THOKAR MEIN HAI MERI SARA ZAMANA ...

I wish he hadn't acted that song.. one cant help it.

He is liked by mobs of audience
I wish him all success in his future endeavour

hindi movie writers are sick
by kris on Jul 06, 2006 12:00 PM  | Hide replies

No Entry is a direct copy of tamil/telugu flick 'sathi leelavathi'...if u watch the original version,u wud realize what a bad directed film is its adopted hindi version.Only sick person wud copy a script n take credit for it..some of the statements in the interview confirm this...for the last 2 years almost al the hindi comedy films n action flicks r a 100% copy of south indian n hollywood films respectively...hindi films lack originality and some gr8 actors are made to look like fools because of the lack of creativity on part of the directors n writers...its even funnier to see hindi films selected for screening at prestigious award functions, when a B-grade south indian film wud be better than the hindi one..n with this attitude, we cab guarantee that we wont even bag a prize at cannes or oscors...

A Small correction - infact its a copy of tamil flick 'charlie chaplin' , a 100% better film than its hindi version...and sathi leelavathi is remade into biwi no:1,a big hit in bollywood - but not even 10% enjoyable than its southern version...

Salmans role short !!!!!!
by Vamsi on Jun 28, 2006 01:22 PM  | Hide replies

Well actually in the south indian versions of the No Entry, the role was played by Comedians. So the great director could not write more scenes for Salman because the comedians were only of some 10-15 mins in the original versions.

Stop saying that you could not write more scenes because you did not have dates. For once accept that you did not write anything original.

Hey Anbu This way of copying the films is there from the past. Can U see a Telugu movie or any other moview which is not U r language and enjoy, but telugu people will enjoy. No matter from where it is copied, but it matters whether we are enjoying that 2 and half hours or not. Dont ever try to spit up in the air it will fall on your face only, fool.

hello mr.gulati,

No Entry is not copied from telugu movie.
Ur telugu movie itself is copy of Tamil HIt Charle Chaplin *ing Prabhu & Prabhudeva...
before telling to other .. first look into ur industry(which makes lot copies..without acknowledging that its a remake)

telugu film audinces are like "Frogs in Well" .. they don't know what is happening outside.
