Just a statement
by Pranshu B Saxena on Jun 14, 2006 12:37 AM

Hi,
The malayalee filmmaker said in the end

"There is an Indian priest in the film, and I want him in that role."

Obviously, he does not think of himself as Indian!

Paris Hilton is no Mother Teresa

Like her or not , Paris Hilton does look closer to
Mother Theresa in facial features. However she would need the hand of a solid director to get her to act.
Paris Hilton may not have the best acting skills.
However a director can make impossible posible.

Why do u ask? and whats wrong in such people funding a movie? When Dawood and Abu Salem fund Bollywood crap movies, there's nothing wrong in Vatican city funding a movie on Mother Theresa. And FYI, this movie is made by a director from Kerala and Keralites have enough money to fund movies.

True, but im sure they'll do justice to their roles, thought they appear in cameos. Kamal is the best actor, indian movie industry has ever had and Mohanlal is an equally good star. If these two come together, its certainly a casting coup. Even if this movie is made only for the urban upper class audience, it is sure to bring in lots of box office moolah, just because of its casting.

And what the **** is Mithun doing in this movie? Cant the director replace him with a good southie actor?

So whi has the director zeroed in, as a replacement for Paris?

Alas, Kamal in an English movie!!!!
by Raju on Jun 13, 2006 12:59 AM

Finally, south's numero uno Kamal Hassan has accepted to act in an English movie. Good that he is acting in a sensible film, unlike his counterpart Rajinikanth who did a crap movie in english.
Cant wait to watch this movie!
Kudos to the director for making a movie on the great Mother Theresa.
