This movie was very entertaining right form the beginning till the end. Jayam Ravi's acting was great, and so is that of Trisha and Prabhu. Songs are good, and film is worth watching with the family.
am planning to watch the film again...good job.and i heard that the film has been declared a major hit.my friends from media told me.since i saw the film, its not surprising for me.
I just loved the film from beginning to end simply because of the credibility the lead stars lend to their roles and the superb screenplay.I have also seen the telugu original and i can say beyond any doubt that Trisha's histrionics are much, much better in the tamil version(maybe b'cos she was on familiar ground(or field?lol!!))and Ravi is very spontaneous. Of course siddharth had done a great job too,in telugu, but ravi is in no way lagging behind.and the screenplay-i have just one word for it-awesome! the starcast i think is a major plus for the film complemented well by the cinematography, sets, locales, dialogues and of course, the foot-tapping music.i didnt see a single person going out to have a smoke during the songs when i watched the film at santham day before yesterday. i would give the film a four star rating.*sigh* if only i could...
Sounds alramingly like "Maine Pyar Kiya". Will have to wait and see how it works out. In the Telugu version, Sidharth was perfect as the urban - NRI, which Ravi might not fulfill due to his rustic mannerisms and local accent.
