I've seen the movie 4 times in d the cinema hall....Went to buy the DVD which released y'day.....n wasn't surprised to know that 2000 dvd's were sold on the 1st day itself...........the film deserves much much more...it truly has awakened me....i am a much different person after having seen d film....
I think Rang De Basanti was just awesome.It's a truly rocking and inspiring movie.The acting was superb.Aamir rocked.Siddharth played the role of Karan really well,especially at the end of the movie,he was wonderful.Kunal Kapoor was also good.
One of my favorite movies. Truly deserves a Filmfare award. I like the way they have blended the past and the present. The cast of the movie couldn't have been better. Music is great too. This movie is truly a gem!!
Hi, i have seen the movie rdb last week again. its about what all happening in our country (corruption in polytics). i think every politicial should see this movie.
Certainly, the maker understands today's youth. He has made his point that every period needs Bhagat Singh. If patriotism was relevant in the past, it is even now, and to prove this, he correlates present with past. Though, I must say that he goes overboard with too much of Bhagat Singh(ism), with due respect. Secondly, through the character of Madhavan, he gives a msg. to those who always crib about politics, system, govt. etc. to come forward, to do something, and not just complain or say go to west.
Other thing, this is perhaps the first movie, where I liked all the characters. Sharing a space with Amir Khan in a movie is not easy, but all characters leave their mark with strong potrayal and of course acting. Every character was well worked out.
Title song by Daler Mehendi is of course the fav. having altogether a diff. appeal.
Lastly, I completely disagree with the end, killing of Anupam Kher. It could have been avoided without changing the end. Killing of a minister was essential for the plot, but not the second one. It gives wrong message. Thanx, Preeti
Last Saturday I watched RDB again in a cinema hall. The feeling was the same as I am watching it first time. The film is a milestone for Indian movie. haatsoff to AAMIR KHAN and others. Everybody is superb. Those who has not seen the movie till must watch it. The fresh air of Film Industry RANG DE BASANTI.
