This movies has rediculed the all time classic Dirty Dancing, which is something even hollywood has not been able to quite replce, what with all those dance based flicks coming up. I have seen Dirty dancing over a 100 times, and this isnt even a patch on the real work. As far as Dino's dancing skills are concerned, they look very over stressed in comparison to swayze's effortless moves, and the music in itself is no great attraction to endure this over-stretched over-ruined bollywood version of Dirty Dancing. Lets just hope we dont see the likes of these following up with complete rip-offs of Grease or Saturday Night fever in the wake. Bless your soul if you do plan on going ahead and going through the torture which this movie turns into after the first fifteen mins.
I think this movie sucks big time. Pooja Bhatt...you really let people down. Aside from the fact that the story is a rip off of Dirty Dancing.....even the dialogues have just been translated. I happen to be salsa dancer and believe me...Dino Morea needs lot more work. If you really want to make a dance classic....make it with Indian dances. I think you wld have done a better job. Please dont waste your money on this movie. Rent the original Dirty Dancing if you want to know what dancing is really about.
the original is far better and this film is no near to it. Our directors should atleast know how to make a good remake if they dont have a talent making good films
You watch this movie , you dont like it, you say dirty dancing is the `inspiration` for this movie , But u do say that its music was 2 good ! i think u will agree because everyone in here(kolkata) says so!! thanks
i've seen the promos of this movie...every frame looks like a copy of "dirty dancing"...and ppl call it an 'inspiration'....i think one shud watch the original again...it was awesome!!!!
