This supposedly 'must-watch' film gets the same 3 * rating as a mindnumbing inane B grade Bollywood flick. Does Rediff give its reviewers any guidelines in selecting the rating? Or is it yet another 'chalta hai, kya farak padta hai' approach?
Another thing I have noticed is whenever a popular star or a banner like the Johars and chopras involved, you ensure that there are 2 contrasting reviews, just so that they would not get offended. Just go to the blogosphere and you'll see how people ridicule Rediff reviews.
that deems as a very ignorant review, where many a plot lines seem 2 totally been misunderstood by th reviewer, also the storyline seems to be wrongly quoted (read: in case of the nanny who lost her way) by our prided yet busy-to-catch-the movie-so-grapped-stuff-off-the-internet reviewer.call it babel phenomenon..!! the short review sums up the lack of appreciation shown to a movie as glorious as \'babel\'. in my own short acknowledgement i would crown it as \'beautiful\'!!
