A historical movie with an excellent story and great direction by Naagaabharana. Acting by Vijaya Raghavendra and Uma Maheshwari is simply superb. Music by Hamsalekha and photography by Venu is splendid.

This is the kinda movie dat will take Kannada film industry to new heights. I actually went in wid a lot of apprehension about dis movie cos it was a period movie n it had 12 songs. but ppl trust me i never wanted d movie to end n i loved dis movie so much dat within 8 days of its release i had watched dis movie 6 times cos i did not want the feel of the movie to go away.Hats of to Nagabharana for giving us a fantastic movie Vijay Raghavendra and Umashankarai definitely deserve an award for their performances in this movie. If this movie is not given any awards in these 5 categories i.e.,Best Movie,Best Male Lead,Best Female Lead,Best Director n Best Music Director then it would be cruel injustice to all those people who have put in a lot of hard work for this movie. This movie defintely deserves these awards. There might be competition for this movie but i think no movie would come any where near this in atleast one category i.e, Best Movie of the Year this movie has to be awarded this award without even the blink of an eye. A sincere request to all of u watch this movie once n i am sure u will watch it again out of u r own will.i can keep talkin bout dis movie but d space is up
All the characters in the movie have done justice to their role. VIJAY RAGHAVENDRA excels(he could have sung the title song). Camera work, songs(good songs), direction, acting... u name it and u'll get it. Chitradurga has been shot very well. I am sure this movie will give a boost to the number of tourists visiting the place. All together this is a movie for the people of all age groups.
It is good to see films coming like this once in a while. We should encourage this kind of films so that it gives a boost to the director as well as the producer to make more such effecient movies.
