hi, i am fan for both mohanlal and mammootty... Actually mammootty had a series of victories and tht was good to hear but suddenly he went into this stupid one.... same with mohanlal too... both guys hav gr8 talents but they have to be more careful in selecting movies... because one single movie can take away 30 film images :))
I am really sad to read the review. I do not understand why he is giving dates to Directors like Jomon. There is question that he is No.1 in Malayalam cinema (if not in Indian cinema). But it is hightime that he should be selective. Let's hope that his next film, Karutha Pakshikal, and many more to follow will not have the same fate.

I agree with you about the age of both Ms. But you are mistaken that Mammootty's date of birth is in 1951. But nowadays he also select charecters in the range of 35 - 45 age only. See Kazhcha, Balram Vs Tdas, and in other films also his roles are above 35 years. You just see the various interviews of both Ms and decide who looks more aged. It is not the age but the personality of the actor is important in cinema. Mohanlal ofcouse is a very good acter - no doubt about it but at the same time his charecters are very very similar in all the movies. He is not even changing his hair style also. But Mammmooty on the other hand, changes his style in every film and he is also able to change his voice according to the role (see Rajamanickyam, TG, Rappakal, etc. etc.) and compare it with Mohanlal's Kiluchundan Mampazham - the main fact for the failure of this film is Mohanlal's dialogue presentation.

Hey dont get frustrated i am not supporting any actors here your so called azhakiya ravanan mammootty is using wig i have read it in manorama ..i have said that we should support young actors ...why are you comming up against mohanlal or rajinikanth lal is doing great job as he selecting good scripts now...mammootty is only acting in crap films and dance like monkey pidiyana madayana !

Hai Mr.Radhakrishnan, You asked How old Mohanlal?.Mohanlal was born on 1961 and Mammootty on 1949. Lal's characters has an old of 40 or above in his last 6 films.But Mammootys char's has only '35' though he is 57.He looks like 40 bcz of excessive MAKEUPs.In Balram He uses wig. BCMG is the worst movie like Prajapathy.But Mahasamudram is a Time pass movie. Anyway Both Mohanlal and Mammootty are excellent actors.We have to proud of them.
We should support young generation like prithvi,jayasurya & sunil . 58+ old mammootty who is dancing with young girls Mammootty is lowering his own standard .Mammooty becoming a Flopstar MAMMOOTTY SHOULD STOP ACTING Please retire !

Please stop making such comments. If Mammmotty is 58, how old is Mohanlal? You see the personality of Mammootty. He still looks like in his 40s. But on the otherhand, your Mohanlal with his "Madhu" kind of body, looks like much older than Mammootty. Mammootty need no wig to act but Mohanlal if comes without wig will look vulgur than Rajanikanth.
Mammootty very well knows when he has to stop acting. He will do that at the right time. He does not require your advise.

It's not rediff against mamooty.mamooty has started self destruction.this is one of the worst films mamootty has ever acted in his whole life.
bargava .... was always meant to b a dumb movie. we r fed up watchin mammooty in such slapstik films..think he should stik on 2 well etched realistic character roles instead of such filmy circus...sreenivasan tooo has failed terribly as a writer with a poor story and as an actor who has just a single expression on his face...waste of time n good money....watchin keerthichakra a million times is better than watching this stupid movie once...my taste 4 onam wud be don ya mahasamudhram....not to 4get the tamil flik vetayadu vilayaadu...
