KJ is the archetypal filmland guy with little to show for talent and overweight on hype, who has merely cottoned on to a big success like SRK.
It is widely held that without SRK all of KJ's efforts would have been nowhere. It is Hindi cinema's great loss that SRK does not learn how to hype a film before release like his own chamcha does.
Otherwise Swadesh & Paheli would have been bigger successes and we would see less stupid films from the likes of Karan Johar.
