Tete with Soha Ali Kha
by Justin Lopes on Aug 09, 2006 08:55 PM

Hi ,

Couple of weeks ago, Myself, my wife and my three year old daughter had a opportunity to meet Soha Ali Khan in Pondicherry, a town in south of India. She came across as a very friendly person and didnt mind talking to my daughter and posing for a picture too.
Although Soha was in a photo shoot for a very long time, she didnt mind spending couple of minutes with us after a hard's days work. It was a pleasant experiece.

Justin

I totally agree with you. Instead of going behind these so called stars (no good to the country in general other than making loads of money...whom people pray for their health, adore and run after them, drive 500 miles to get a simple handshake...I never understood why people do that), why dont rediff discuss about the great people who are serving the country in various fields....like army, science, social service etc.,

A nation of a billion plus people and Rediff cannot find worthy news to post?!?! NRIs from all over the world trust portals like Rediff to be true to the cause of Indian people and not to stoop to such low levels.

what are you talking about? This article is featured under the movies section. Why would anyone "concerned about news in India" come to this small little box and click on this link? You need chill too

I agree with Saurabh. To what extent will the media people stoop to promote their websites, channels, magazines, etc? They now want us to become paparazzis on their behalf.

Well everything a website does is a business movie. NDTV, CNN-IBN, whatever form of media you may choose they are all doing business movies. The content may vary but the intention is the same.
Oh right an average internet user will now tell himself "woh I've got to take pictures and send it to rediff. And for what? Nothing. Yeah may be it will get published, then what? Nothing. Yeah may be I'll become popular, then what?". Come on man, relax! people who have the chance to take pictures of celebrities already to, now they might want to scan they good old pictures and send it, that's the worst that can happen.
Besides, this is not as cheesy as their "hottest scene" garbage. This is actually more fun, people are given chance to go back in, get nostalgic, share their memories - oops isn't that what most blogs do anyway? You need to chill.
