I think to keep the standard of performance high & to get the most desirable Indian Idol only voting should notbe the criteria it should be 50%voting &50% judge"s decision as a regular viewer & being in the electronic media for over 30 years promoted many singers who are now known nationally & internationally.in visual media presentation does count but not at the cost of quality of singing.It is our prime duty to educate the public to appreciate good singing first and then the presentation. ASOKA's songs are undoubtedly a gift to Bollywood music. They're the best works of Anu Malik by far! And to believe they've been composed with the same instruments of ASOKA's era. Mind boggling!
