Saif Ali Khan had an appendicitis operation & hence couldn't dance in Heat Live, an all-singing all-dancing star show held on April 6 in Dubai. Saif only came on stage twice, walked slowly, smiled weakly and spoke softly.He was really sorry, he said , that he couldn't dance because of his operation.But he loved Dubai and that's why he came , to be with his fans. Just 9 days later on Saturday, April 15, Saif is dancing in New Jersey. Why didn't saif bother to do anything in Dubai? Even if he couldn't dance, he could have at least compered the show - or done some kind of fan interaction. Why were his Dubai fans let down? Angry? Upset?
Hi, I was at this concert and I was totally dissapointed. The show was probably the worst stage show I have seen in my life. With a capacity of over 20K, we had hardly 5k in attendence. By no stretch of imagination this can be considered a packed house. The first act of the show was from Celina, which I think no one cared for. She was followed by Saif who showed off his scar and decided that walking around on stage wld be sufficient to fulfil his contractual obligations. Then came Priety and Sush who did some justice to their song and dance sequences. Sush iritated the living daylights out of the audience with her patronizing ways as she kept on refering to everybody as 'Meri Jaan'. The amazing thing about Sush is that she cannot have simple conversation with people without having a 'Cause' attached to it. Akshay Kumar was probably the only saving grace and that too in patches. He kept jumping off stage and giving the security guys a hard time keeping up. The Sa Re Ga Ma finalist were a no show ... no that their presence wld have helped. Net Net this is a bading produced show and is totatlly avoidable.
Yikes! Only a brain-dead idiot with a glass eye and wooden ear will pay to see some lip-syncing morons carry on like prancing wallabies and call that 'entertainment'.
