Why on earth would you think that the name Moses is peculiar? It is a very common biblical name. Could it be your unfamiliarity with christian names that made you call it "peculiar"? Dweezil, MoonUnit......strange names, no doubt.. but Moses?? No!!
Big deal, so what if the baby is called Moses. Its not a caste issue, like in India,where your name is a giveaway.Right now, I'm busy trying to change my kids' names into something more Mandal-friendly. Now thats real news.
