Yes he should take a break and high time he should retire from bollywood. Although he is a honest actor. However in most of his movies there is similar story where a actress is suppose to Marry someone else and finally ends up with khan.
When I read the report in rediff I got this feeling that he may be suffering from some sort of complex. The truth is, power and fame can be addictive. And although stars may say that they donot really care who succeeds and that they are happy for the person, its actually nerve racking for them to lose the spot light to someone else. Sha Rukh has been stealing the show for years now and it can have got to his head. I have read and heard rumors about he being rude and also little bit vain. In Hollywood, in order to remain in the limelight stars, have started doing reality shows, picturing their life and stuff. Releasing a DVD could be a way for him to say that he is still there.
This is all utter rubbish by the media.SRK cannot feel insecure at any stage of his career or life.He has acheived for whatever he was aiming at.What insecure from Chote nawab.Such hype was created during Hrithiks launch too.But see what happened to him.Actually SRK has made such an impact in these reigning years that media tries to gain milage by using his name... and attracting readers. NO ONE CAN EVER REACH SRK'S FEAT,whether it be Chote Nawab/Bade Hrithik.SRK is an icon,institute within himself... which others follow.So please bear SRK for gaining all milage... the weak media.
Shahrukh has done exceptional work in his career , no doubt about that. He's fine actor. But time never stops for anybody.He's 40 now.He's going well but he cann't remain at top always.
I feel only one exception is Mr Amitabh , he's still the undisputed king of Indian cinema.
Please, thats the last thing to be told about SRK. He feeling insecure - no ways. He is the best of all times. I can vouch for the fact that there can be no actor who can take his place. The others are like flowers, bloom for a while and then fade. SRK is the root, keeps going deeper in the hearts of fans. He has come here to stay, he is staying and will always stay in the hearts of people as the badshah of bollywood.
srk and insecure?? must be an gross error in judgement there or just a typo. u can't possibly put those two in the same sentence. he is the definition of secure...as proven by the lux ad (which was done well and with humor). the media's run out of stuff to criticize when it comes to srk...so they resort to making up stuff like this. btw...where does the writer get off saying paheli bombed?? look at the figures...especially here in the us...it's one of the highest grossing films this year with much critical acclaim and excellent reviews. some people are quite jealous of everything srk's achieved and his immense star power which has already made him a legend. when u write crap like "srk's insecure"...u'll have to face the wrath of his billions of fans throughout the world. don't make that mistake again...for ur own sake :)

no way,srk doesn't need to do all this to get attention because he is always in the limelight.he hs held his position as the no.1 star in india for over a decade now so there is no need to do all this just to get noticed...he is the best and focus of all attention always!!
HI, Srk is the greatest star. I have worked in his Company Aryan Informatics as a programmer. I am not saying that he is Greatest coz i worked in his Company as a Programmer.
There is no match to his Acting and his PERSONALITY. His Lux ad is also great.... In fact what ever he touches Turns in Gold is my belief.... Most Powerful Personality Today and Forever along with Mr Bacchan is SRK.
