Dear Readers, I think Rediff takes us all for fools...It is amazing how each time there is a bong movie or remake in Hindi or a movie directed by a Bong director it automatically becomes a epitome of Indian cinema, it is always artistically and aesthetically better than all Bollywood, Kollywood etc movies...
I think Rediff reviewers are totally biased in their reviews, the one that readily comes to mind is Raja Sen and now this lady (though with due credit she has been fairly impartial to many other movies).
The other thing that comes to mind is also the fact Rituparno Ghosh must have pumped in a lot of money to get this much of space on rediff.

Hey sudarshan, Pipe down. As you said, this is a bong movie and the reviewer is a bong too. No where any attempt has been made to belittle any other language movie. I believe while writing this comment you were pretty much worked up against bong-movies due to some other reason. And to put it bluntly... Here is a bong movie and another bong person reviewing it. Where do you come into picture if you are a non-bong and unnecessay foul mouthing it? I repeat, pipe down!! You are doing your blood pressure no good. BTW, I saw this movie today and agree with rediff review that it is a must-watch. Sambaran
