John is a superb actor no doubt in it and he can stand against SRK as well as the competition level is concerned.

Why should rediff in general and the author in specific not be sued?
by Sudarshan on Nov 25, 2005 12:56 PM  | Hide replies

In Canada, Deepa Mehta's Water -- in which Abraham plays a reformist Gandhian lawyer -- is heading for $1 million in the next few days. The critically acclaimed film, which was shot in Sri Lanka with no publicity following the agitation by conservative Hindus in India against it over four years ago, opened in 11 theatres in a handful of Canadian cities on November 4.

This above paragraph is not just improper but also very defamatory because it was not conservative hindus that opposed this movie it was a specific group of people. I think Rediff should be prepared for a lawsuit.

my friend....
let us not take the facts in an upside down manner..!
You know after the series... Dravid is the highest run getter in ODI's in this year right now?
He is in very good form and indian team won 7 out of 10.
we could have had 8 out of 10 if Calcutta crowd gave them support....
do you think the players are happy with the crowd of eaden gardens....?
remember a player told after the match...
"Let us go back to india for the next match".
don't expect a captian who don't even know to run fast towards the boundary will come back as a captian.
You expect him coming back to the team and then play under Dravid then show his talend and form, and Let us hope for an indian team with ganguly....
But unfortunately he has to go a long way for that my friend...!

A law suit?! You are funny!

That handful of people WERE conservative Hindus. They maligned hindu religion - deepa mehta should sue them instead.

When Muslims agitate, they are fundamentalists, when the rest of humanity do, they get a more decenet name tag.
Yet you complain!!!!!!!!!!!!!
