I respect Dutt for wht he did. But i have a question from my friends Dutt was born in 1929 means he was of 18 yrs at the time of Independance I would like to know his role at that time as we well know Chandsekhar ajad who was just 14 yr old had jumped in freedom struggle should not we remember those who died for our freedom. But we remember these actors who were enjoying their life at that time when our country was a colony.
A very good actor with manly personality who fitted in all sorts of roles.His deep rumble of voice and dashing roles mesmerised our childhood. As we grew, we realised that he was equally good in family dramas and soft roles like Khandan,Meherbaan and Mera Saya.
He was a decent person too.His modesty took him to heights in politics also. The demise of his wife and sons personal life disturbed him a lot, but all was well when he died. Hope he died as a content person.
Nicely written pieace to say adieu to Dutt saab. Not only hindi cinema lost a person like dutt saab but whole India lost a truthful brave, courageuous and sensitive heartful person. May god give piece to his soul. May God give Birth to several thousands Sunil Dutts in India . People need person like Dutt saab.
Everybody felt lost on his demise and this proves how deeply he was residing inside the heart of people. Perhaps only 2-3 people of India can match this resemblance.
There are a lot of scoundrels sitting in the Parliament. If the Mother Nature has its own "Judgement Days", then why does it take away the clean faced, social, responsible and allegation-less people like Sunil Dutt (or like Madhav Rao Scindia etc. ). Why not the ones (rather about 497 out of the elected 520 odd ones) with all sorts of illegal records, cheaters, mafia's etc die ? Why don;t they get heart attacks, cancers, meet accidents ? Why doesn't their helicopters crash ? I am yet to find the final truth of life and Nature, but yes...We need more of Sunil Dutts !!!
