I have translated many poems/short stories from Bengali to English. I need permission before publication, so that I don't infringe copyright. I would be deeply grateful if anyone can give me email id of Asim/Chirantan Mukhopadhyay(S/O Bolaichand Mukhopadhyay),Sandip Ray(S/O Satyajit Ray),Nabakumar Bose(S/O Samaresh Basu).Thanking you in anticipation. -Subhajit.
Hi! Like most of you I am too an ardent fan of Satyajit Ray and his immortal creation Feluda. I have the first two CD\'s of Feluda (Sonar Kella and Joy Baba Felunath) which I watch atleast once in two months. However I would appreciate if someone could tell me whether the latest \"bombaier bombette\" is available on VCD?
If yes, then please let me know where I can buy the same from.

Shubhro, I am in the same thought as u. I tried to find out the 'BB' cd....but couldn't get it yet from anywhere. I request everyone to please inform us if possible where from we can get it(if at all). Shubhro,if u also find out, please let me know. I really liked the movie...and hey,it was not a Rajnikanth-style beginning or anything at all.It was a well-done action-movie.Try to change ur views ppl !!! If needed change ur old heavy glasses with contact lenses.U'll see clearer.!!

Can anyone tell me that Bombaiyer Bombete VCD has been released. Rgd Anindya BAnerjee Mumbai
feluda and his gang are simply awsm!!they solve the mystries so quickly .no one can be like him. i have watched and read all the books and movies of feluda and can read them again and again.
Goodness me! I thought that Ray's hopeless progeny would hang his boots(or himself) after dabbling with Feluda through a series of creations, which can best be described as mediocre. No doubt, "Bombete" is a huge hit. But,please, give me a break. Only someone whose love for the incomparable trio borders on a passing fling can actually love Sandip's Bollywoodish trash."Bombete" was okayishly edited, but inundated with disgusting comedy scenes which made jokers out of the truly comic characters in the book. The movie begins with a Rajnikanth-type action sequence, which wass totally unnecessary. One can go on and on-but, the moot point is, Sandip Ray has done nothing except exploit the astonishing brand equity of his illustrious father. I hardly saw any critisicm of "Bombete" after its release-except muttered swearings from the true Feluda afficianadoes. Jatayu, one of the most comical characters ever created in Bengali Literature, has been reduced to a caricature, thanks to an actor straight out from the rural "Yatras". I shudder at the very thought that junior Ray is now planning to recreate the magic through print. Why, why God did Ray marry?????
