how to spoil a good plot and make the audience suffer

the movie sucked big time. the plot was so half-baked that you could see worms crawl in and out. the trailers were impressive. the start was very impressive but then, everybody seemed to have run out of ideas.

the most ridiculous part was the film's climax- i've got three words for it- Ha ha ha!

characters simply pop up and disappear. you start wondering how many unanswered questions could the film possibly raise!

and finally you're told that aliens wanted to find out how strong motherly love could be and that was why they had kidnapped all those kids- thought i'd die laughing.

so, what happens to the girl's father? how come other parents dont remember anything? why did the aliens not release the other kids who were kidnapped?

i still havent recovered from the trauma of wathching the

It was a movie well directed and everything, great potential and everything, ruined by an extremely disappointing ending.

forgotten - climax

I think - just like most of the others even this reviewer didn't understand the climax --- the thing is - in the climax - things return to exactly the same moment they went awry -- the whole thing that happens is ALL a memory ! - thats why she introduces herself to the "neighbour" on the swing ... It's a fantastic movie -- NO LOOP HOLES - i.e - if you DID understand the climax ! -- K
