Apropos the question in this quiz re: the original title, let me clarify that Amol Palekar's 'Paheli' was always called 'Paheli' right from the time the script was conceived by Sandhya Gokhale. It was NEVER called 'Ghost Ka Dost'. Apparently Shah Rukh Khan once jokingly called it that to tease Gulzar and Bombay Times picked it up and claimed that it was the original title. The story stuck even though it has been refuted by both Palekar and Shah Rukh Khan. If your see Palekar's oeuvre as a director over the last 20 years, you will notice that it is unlikely he would entitle his film 'Ghost Ka Dost'. I think it will go against his sensibilities. I am in a position to comment since I was briefly associated with Palekar during 'Paheli', but I write this in my personal capacity. I'd appreciate it if Rediff corrected the question in this quiz.
