Mallika seem to have hired a great PR agency.. u see her name in every nook and corner... the PR agency seem to be selling her well to the movie crowd!!! let me tell u an interesting incident.. i am one among the non-hindi speaking south india lot so i dont really follow up on Hindi movies. Once i happened to watch the movie "murder" on a CD which my husband had purchased. I watched that movie when i wanted to spend my time. Since the CD was purchase in UK, it had subtitles. I was able to follow up on the movie.... all i could see in that movie about Mallika was SEX and that too in vulgar form... well, shows Mallika knows what the movie crowd wants.. personally i had earlier heard of her name but never knew who she was... when my husband came back from work, i asked him who that ugly duckling was (ie the heroine in Murder movie).. to my surprised he said she is the one whos Mallika!!!! Imagine what i would have felt.... i dont find her beautiful at all and really wonder whats wrong with the Hindi film industry to push her upwards !!!
I guess this is the only way mallika manages to sell her movie to the audiences apart from titillating them on screen. Sometimes I really wonder, what is a hot and bold bombshell like mallika doing in bollywood? She doesnt mind baring it all, then why not go for some playboy magazine or some porn movies in the US. That would not only satisfy her ambition of being recognised as a bomb shell, but also save the bollywood industry from some torture. Well, no guy would mind her acting skills after watching the neck lines of her dress drop with every movie, but then also no guy would like to be left high and dry coming out of the theatre.
