Our media in India is yet to get matured and that may be one of the reasons of the Central Govt inviting the foreign media into India who are by and large fair. These wrong accusations are being printed since ages and the good thing atleast is that the readers are now trying to read between the lines which means the readers are getting matured.
Honestly these guys are already being loaded with many awards that we see on television. National Awards should be meant to give a fillip to Art Films, which today is becoming scarce these days. And the National Awards should preserve its sanctity.
I will not be surprised if i happen to see the national awards lose its sanctity and turns into another jamborgee on the television screens.
Thats very obvious, isnt it?...Saif for Hum Tum is a joke, just like Veer Zaara is, for best film.
One of the panel members says that Saif has improved vastly; is that some parameter for giving the National Award?...i hope people like Aamir Khan realise that even these awards now are governed by people in the panel.e.g.Raveena Tandon was an apt example.
Ash award was also a joke.
But thats the least you will expect out of all this crappy people.
Shame on both Mom and her Son. Clear case of Mom buying a National Award for her son. He should not even have qualified, with her mom sitting as head of Censor Board.
