i am Ananya from auckland..i was here after marriage.but yaha pe kaam itna hota hai ke excersise karne man hi nahi karta...but mene gym join kia hua hai...2months me 2 or 3 time jatihu...
but after marriage i gained 12KG...now i want to loose it..i dn't eat oily food, very little rice,i eat wholegrain bread,sometimes noodles..i don't eat potato.... could u help me wht should i eat wht not....
