PLUS - This is unusually fast-paced "Hindi" movie. It doesn't drag much on most of the parts. And, who gives a damn whether the story feels real/unreal as long as its entertaining. The direction and cinematography is close to flawless. Everybody did good judgments to their roles. Music is awesome, when you come out of the theatre I bet you would mumble 'Hey now, hey now, everybody puts your hands-up in the air now.'
MINUS - Sunil Shetty's an unnecessary character. Not that I hate him but the movie would have been even better if they hadnt shown his unrealistic chase for unrealistic cause on the Canadian streets. I can live with Jahed Khans acting as the previous movie I watched was "Maine Pyar Kyon Kiya" - There's this character called 'Pyare' an irritating, joker. No, no you can't compare anything in this movie with that cheap flick.
I must confess, this movie ranks very highly on the list of stupid movies i have seen!
My 6 year old son liked it for what it offers to him - cool dresses,songs, a bit of action here and there. I didnt like it, since i found it absolutely hollow, and insulting the intelligence of the audience!
this movie is for 6 year olds. Shyam benegal ( i guess it was him ) was right when he commented that the intellectual age of the average indian moviegoer is around 10 years.
