Its such a sad ending to one of the most talented and glamorous actress our country has produced.People used her like a doormat and never looked back,film fraternity should be ashamed and need to change,its beyond glamour,fame and money.
Parveen was the most beautiful and talented actress. But the industry never try to find out what went wrong, or they didnot help her. Even her co-stars Amithabbachan,shahikapoor any of these people didnot turned up for her funeral also.It is ashamed to say also such big big stars only they attend parties of big, big personalities.Maheshbhatt, he is really such a nice humanbeing he was true to his relationship.She was beautiful and bold person.She must have had some porblems which nobody knows and some people they don't want to expose it
She was the Pin-up girl during the 70s, every other college girl wanted to style her hair like the babi gal, dress like her, match her style as much as possible. I think Babi baby had the best smile in the industry. Very sad that nobody bothered to bring her out of that 'aloofness'. I am sure diabetic can be treated also nervous breakdown. Wonder why Kabir Bedi or Mahesh Bhatt did not bother to keep a tab on her. Of course, they were married, but that does not mean they did not have affairs(refering to news items in different dailies). I really appreciate atleast they (Kabir and M.bhat) came out in the open about their feelings for Parveen.. wonder what happened to our know-all macho man Mr. Bachan. She was crazy of him during the 70s and i suppose going by the newsreports they did have an affair. When he could say so many things in the ads... he should hv proved his gentlemanly ways by saying something nice about our babi gal.
My heard goes out to this beautiful girl, who lived a lonely life and died a peaceful death. May her troubled soul rest in peace.
