Yh ur write bout Emraan he's jus guaranteed 4 kissin wheneva advertisements come's of his new movies i jus know dat he's agen gonna kiss in dis movie aswell nd his comin future movies aswell he does gd acting but kisses a lot nd does dirty scenes its really bad 4 little kids in it.
don't bother about this reveiw. yeah i agree that its way impossible for a single guy to bust a whole porn racket. but apart from the the movie is very good. its a huge change from all the comedys and family dramas nowadays. good performance by kunal.
Kalyug is a showcase of new talents.From director (one movie old) actor actresses all newcomer had done a brilliant job. Speciffically Kunal khemu has acted very well. He seemed to be like a seasoned actor. Emran played his part with easy. Amrita singh as a villian was a surprise pack. smiley suri and depal shaw also made their presence felt. Goiod performances by one and all. Kalyug talks about porn movie racket very true nicely depicted the ugly dhanda, story telling was great.
Overall movie above average with great music. Songs like tujhe dekh dekh ke... and Juda hoke bhi... are mind blowing.
Go watch out for Kalyug better than Neal n nicky (which is crap)
kalyug has a good message to put across and people should appreciate the director's efforts for the same. kunal is not only a good capable actor..but hes also cute n hot.i loved him. emraan wudve looked cuter without the kajal in his eyes (he looks a little stupid in the movie..but hes cute otherwise).deepal's makeup artist cudve done a better job.the new gal is pretty sweet lookin..good for a beginner.overall..the movie was good.
If people came to watch \'skin\', let them go watch neal & nikki which is definitely a dozen stpes further kalyug when it comes to \'booby\' traps. kalyug should be rated as a \'good\' movie and not just average coz of the strong subject and the way it is handled. put aside the \'mahesh bhatt\' syndrome for a while...its a great balance between reality and a commercial bollywood film. its a revelation of the truth..whats happening nowadays in the world...and how many film makers are doing that today? stripping a hollywood script or the heroine\'s top is all bollywood is doing to attract audiences. so comparatively, hats off to mahesh bhatt & his team at least for kalyug.
Can't people just watch the movie and understand the motive behind the same rather than critisizing whats real and whats not !!!
This has been really a marvellous attempt by Bhatt Group .. though I have never been a fan of Bhatts leaving aside the movies like Zakhm etc , but this movie has really been an incredible attempt .
Guys try understanding the moral and the attempt . NOt analysing or comparing the same with reality . It has been as close to reality as possible in a movie .
And really Kunal Khemu and infact everybody has done exceptionally well .. The shades of positives and negetives both are worth a pat on their backs . Really
udos to the KALYUG TEAM -- u deserve a treat from my side atleast . Good JOB . 10 on 10 .

yeah...
this guy(reviewer) I think had some pre concieved notions in his mind b4 watching the movie... thats why he went all out against it. and yeah, terming "jiya dhadak" as catchy is real insult of this really good song. Its more than that.
People at rediff wake up....Before u looser all the credibility ..... Kick these dumb reviewers out ......or it will be too late.... Just for instance...Jiya dhadak dhadak jaaye has just been termed CATCHY.... What u want Bryan adams....
I haven't seen Kalyug and, to be honest, I didn't intend to either! However, I read reviews all the same. Anyways, Patcy has clearly managed to watch the film and pay attention! Its great to see some good, witty,humourous writing in reviews, after a long time. Keep it up!
