This film was good but not the climax. All these gangster movies have the same climax- the bad guy dies. Well, in bihar the bad guys don't die- they become cult heroes and politicians. If the director really wanted to stay true to Bihar Nana Pathekar should have become the CM in the end and Ajay Devgan should have become a politician or escaped from the country. Then the film would have been more realistic because that's what happens in real life.

First of all many congratulations to prakash jha for his consistent giving us audience cinema close to reality. Prakash Jha is master of depicting reality on the screen from damul to apaharan all his movies are a treat to watch. Hats of to his great work.

Apaharan is a master piece. What we have been reading all our lives in the news we were able to see in a cenimatic format. Teriffic story telling with brilliantly eched dialogues. Feels very real.

Classy performance by one and all. Best part is the supporting cast performance which machtes up with the powerhouse performance by Ajay and Nana. Both Ajay and Nana has given lifetime performances doing more than justice to thier roles. Yaspal sharma and mukesh tiwari were too good.

A three hour long drama was very much gripping. The political angle was revitting in the movie.

A must watch master piece. Once in the lifetime movie.
