PMT is remake of PPP
by Shivanand on Sep 02, 2005 04:29 PM

I was very happy to read in http://www.viggy.com/english/current_pyar_main_twist.asp, about the bravery of Kavitha Lankesh, in bringing a stay to the release of Hindi film 'Pyar mein Twist', which is alleged to be a remake of the successful award winning movie 'Preethi Prema PraNaya' by Kavitha Lankesh.

If this is true, then, it's a great injustice done by the so called National Language Hindi Film Producers to a Regional film. What prevents them from buying the remake rights and then making the film?

If this film is a remake of PPP, then our PPP and Kavitha Lankesh should get the much deserved accolades. Previously, Swades had the same theme as 'Chigurida Kanasu'. Then, Paheli has almost the same story as 'Naga Mandala'. But, nobody was bothered. But, this time Kavitha has done the right thing by brining in stay.

Well done Kavitha. We are with you in this fight. They can't simply maul our kannada movies just for the sake of it.

Derogatory remark about patna
by Govind Mishra on Aug 31, 2005 03:40 PM

Dear Sammir Dattani,

You should have been careful in your words when you compare mumbai and patna in your interview.
Without knowing about any place one should not comment something which may hurt the image of some place.
People of patna have developed a lot and i think mumbaikars need to learn discipline, open-mindedness,showering affection on others, family bondings blah blah blah from patnaites or biharis.

Dear you r a budding actor, these words can harm your fan following(if any).

all the best

Govind Mishra
