The statement, this film 'will become the first Indian film with real life characters interacting with their animated colleagues' is completely wrong. It was a malyalam film "O' Faaby', using animated charecter even before animation take roots in India
" Bhaggmati: The Queen Of Fortunes, will become purportedly the first Indian film with real life characters interacting with their animated colleagues."
I remember watching a Malayalam Movie " Oh Fabi" released in early 90's in which real life characters interacts with their animated colleagues..just like Hollywood Movie "Space Jam" ( Michael Jordon & Bugs Bunny)..
I think "Oh Fabi" is the first Indian Film in this Genre. It was inspired by the success of another Malayalam movie "My Dear Kuttichattan"- The first 3D Movie in India released in mid 80's..
it is really a welcome news hearing that a fully indian animated movie on an epic love story is going to sweep the cinema theatres vishal bharadwaj will have lilting music for the movie and the cast is superb this trend setting movie will open vistas for further projects of the same nature it was a pity for india as the first animated movie on an indian Epic like ramayana was done by Japanese but it is never tooo late for Bhagmatti Kudos to ZICA and the production team hope this movie is a bigger sucess than the Japanese Ramayan
