amit sana is the most greatest singer that i have ever seen in my life after the sonu nigum.he has such a beautiful voice nd a very very telented.actually his album chaldiye is rock nd the original track is amazing.his versatility is unbelieveble.i have been watching the indian idol from the day one nd i had recogonized him coz of his unique sound nd by his lovely performances which he had proof each and every gala round...i just luv the way he sing..nd his whole personality..even i luv abhijeet, rahul S nd rahu V..they all r very good nd i really believe rahulV is a very very talented guy ...but 4me still amit is the best nd my indian idol is him...i wish him all the best in everythin he do....... still im waiting for his next album.....pls Go ahead.... amit...

(dark?) horses that won't go far.......

Singing competitions seem to be the flavor of the season. almost all leading tv channels r coming out with the same old wine packaged in new bottles. out of these some are really talented, no doubt. but then
public votes always ensure that they are never voted in and always the contestant who does the most dramatics in front of the reality(?)tv camera gets to stay in the show & continue with all his antics (read: Quazi Taukir in Fame Gurukul or like Ravindra Ravi in Indian Idol) and the real talent is out. the channels want their TRPs shooting high, so what if truly talented singers/performers are not benefited? amit sana's new album leaves u surprised that is this is same guy who had sung so well in the competition? he is literally yelling out at u in hte song "chal diye...." (for not voting him in as the indian idol, i guess). i think these guys will require at least 5 years plus to even get close to stalwarts like alka yagnik, sonu nigam or udith narayan who have literally struggled out hard to make it to the top.
no gains w/o pains.....competitions notwithstanding.

How can someone comment anyone like that. Anyone is not perfect with the first album, Just their performances will make history in future, If you are not able to motivate anyone pls keep silent & allow the young talents to rise in. Its their time and iam sure they will prove the best

M.Sunil Kumar
I like Amit Sana
by M.Sunil Kumar on Aug 22, 2005 08:10 PM

I watched the entire program of Indian Idol telecasted by Sony. I very much liked the voice of 'My Amit', who is a very different and original singer. Actually he can sing any type of song. I had sure that i might not win the Indian idol title, because of his personality, But his voice is amaging and very very sweet. He is very a complete singer. I wish him all the best for his Singing Career.

I love his (Amit's) voice. Awaiting his future albums.

Sunil
