Its pathetic how Tamilians isolate themselves from the rest of India, by refusing to learn Hindi, and continuing to dub everything into Tamil. The brahmin opression angle (with Hindi's offensive Sanskrit root) is really silly and cannot be bought anylonger. So grow up Tamilians learn Hindi or be left behind!
Hi Shobha,Very well you projected the item.But I am in deep illusion whether to celebrate or to feel shame of it.In this present era, even the people of TN is not interested to integrate with rest of India seems more disappointing me. I think gone are the days, the Tamil Babus at centre made all DD programs dubbed in Tamil but the rest of India used to watch the programs as it was. None can understand the special traetment despite of the fact there are atleast 5 other major regional languages left at lurch with that decison.Ok we can think of the petty Congress politics to balance South with North by Knowingly assuming TN is South. I have my regards on Ravi on his excellence but very much disstressed with the acts of show organizers by keeping them not be part of the rest of India by way of consolidating the language chauvanism which is already deep rooted. Another example to quote is a recent advt of a detergent wherein Revathy's counterpart in Hindi(Javedji's wife)says that howmuch water can be saved if entire "Bharat' but Revathy says that our entire "Tamilnadu'.The media should try to bring them to National arena by not providing any undue importance.JAI HIND
