I dont understand why he didnt realize it but Goliath is about a Stingray shaped sub with a biomechanical brain. It is struck by lightning and becomes self aware. It starts World War III, destroys Iraq and China. It's an amazing book with every fact in the book made believeable. Go read the book! You'll understand
